(Aligned to Census 2027 testing programme (long-term engagement supporting Census 2027 delivery)Start date: 01/04/2026.Client & Nature of Services – Brief OverviewThe Client is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation as part of Census 2027, introducing online Census submission, CRM-driven field operations, and mobile-enabled field staff. To support this transformation, a dedicated test team has been established to plan, coordinate, and deliver a comprehensive end-to-end Census testing programme.The Senior Test Manager will lead testing strategy and execution across multiple programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery of mission-critical digital systems that support Census 2027.Mandatory Requirements (Pass / Fail)1. ExperienceMinimum 7+ years of substantial professional experience in the specialised testing field (Senior level)2. QualificationsISTQB Advanced or Expert3. English LanguageFluency in English is mandatoryCV must indicate native or non-native proficiencyNon-native speakers must demonstrate CEFR C2 level or equivalent (certificate preferred but not mandatory)Desirable Qualifications / ExperienceExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Performance and security testing exposureBackground in software engineering or test automation developmentKey Deliverable:The following requirements are not intended to be exhaustive.
