Senior Account Manager Apps - French Speaker role at Accenture UK & Ireland
Due to continued expansion and growth, Accenture is recruiting for an online Senior Advertising Account Manager to drive the roll out of a digital marketing advertising solution to Europe markets, partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness and increase product sales.

Responsibilities
* Manage a high-value app client portfolio with multiple accounts across different regions.
* Retain and grow revenue within accounts through strategic pitching and upselling.
* Understand partners’ business goals and translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships.
* Troubleshoot and optimize advertising campaigns.
* Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts.
* Communicate new features and enhancements to the Product team.
* Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends internally and to partners.
* Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC.
* Manage a large number of campaigns and ensure advertisers meet objectives.
* Support new joiners into the team and act as a key point of contact.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in Advertising Technology campaign management across online ad platforms (e.g., X, Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat) and 1 year in a sales and/or account management role.
* Experience working with apps in activation, growth, and scaling roles within the past 2 years, including one year specifically in this area.
* Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing.
* Experience interfacing with clients.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* English + French language proficiency.
* Preferably experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Office/G-Suite tools.
* Deadline- and detail-oriented.
