Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Protection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our customers' applications and APIs from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, tune, and manage the daily operation of our security solutions.
* Assist in reviewing and adjusting security policies for web apps and APIs.
* Monitor alerts and events, and support incident investigations.
* Respond to security-related issues and change requests.
* Identify opportunities for rule tuning and improved visibility.
* Document security configurations, policy changes, and operational processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support secure rollout of protected applications.
* Engage in continuous learning around cybersecurity technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong foundational understanding of APIs, DNS, TLS.
* Awareness of OWASP Top 10 and web application security risks.
* Analytical mindset with solid troubleshooting skills.
* Comfortable working within structured change/incident processes.
* Clear communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to learn new tools and technologies on the job.
