My client, a leading Facilities provider, is seeking a Business Development Director to accelerate growth across Ireland. This is a pivotal role where you’ll influence market direction, secure high-value contracts, and create tailored solutions that deliver measurable value for clients. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team that thrives on innovation and long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of growth strategies across Facilities Management (soft services).Identify, target, and convert new opportunities, building a strong pipeline across both public and private sectors.Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, key stakeholders, and industry partners.Manage the full bid lifecycle, from solution design and tender submission through to successful negotiation and contract award.Collaborate with operational and mobilisation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Key Requirements:Proven track record in senior business development within FM.Strong commercial acumen, with experience in developing complex IFM solutions and managing P&L.Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills at board level.Demonstrated ability to win and mobilise multi-service, high-value contracts.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
