Today, over 3,000 companies and 1 million developers rely on our tools and services to get the data they need from the webThe RoleWe're looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to play a critical role in scaling how we sell. This is a highly visible position where you'll partner closely with senior leadership, Sales, and Revenue teams to design, implement, and continuously improve our sales process.You will own revenue enablement end-to-end: from defining methodology and process, to embedding it into how our teams operate day-to-day. A core focus of this role is MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks—experience using both (ideally) is essential, and experience building them from the ground up is a strong bonus.You'll support a sales organisation segmented roughly 50/50 across Commercial and Mid-Market, ensuring enablement strategies, messaging, and execution are tailored appropriately for each segment while maintaining consistency and rigor across the overall sales motion.RequirementsWhat You'll DoOwn and evolve Zyte's sales and revenue enablement strategy, ensuring it supports sustainable growth and predictable executionPartner with senior leadership to define, document, and refine the sales process, from pipeline creation through close and expansionLead the implementation and reinforcement of the MEDDPICC qualification methodology across the sales organizationWork closely with sales leadership and RevOps to ensure process is embedded into tooling, forecasting, and reportingDevelop enablement programs that drive behavior change, not just knowledge transferSupport onboarding and continuous development of sales team membersAnalyze pipeline health and deal execution to identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesAct as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on deal strategy and executionWhat We're Looking For5+ years in a senior Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or similar role within B2B SaaSDeep, hands-on experience with Command of the Message (of similar methodology) and MEDDPICCProven ability to design and operationalize sales processes in collaboration with senior leadership and sales teamsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of complex, enterprise-style sales cyclesExcellent stakeholder management skills — you can influence without authorityComfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping structure where it doesn't yet existClear communicator who can simplify complex concepts and drive alignmentWhy ZyteWork on meaningful problems with real-world impactCollaborate with a smart, kind, and globally distributed teamHigh ownership role with real influence on how we growCompetitive compensation and benefitsRemote-only culture with flexibility and trust
