Your Key Responsibilities
We seek a seasoned Programme Delivery Lead with a proven track record in delivering multi-channel solutions across customer and mobile systems in a financial services context.
The ideal candidate will be at a Director level, responsible for delivering technology solutions that enhance customer engagement through multiple channels, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex multi-channel technology solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
* Leading interactions with senior client stakeholders to resolve key questions and challenges regarding solution design, planning, and budgeting of complex customer channels technology transformation.
* Leading diverse teams including business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, and developers to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
* Serving as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution, and representing project progress to senior client stakeholders.
* Ensuring the application of best practices in project management, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
* Providing leadership and guidance to the programme team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-channel solution projects within a blue-chip consulting firm.
* Extensive experience with Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, Azure), EIS, and CRM systems.
* Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred.
* Experience in fast-paced, multi-vendor environments.
* Proven ability to deliver business value through technology and communicate this value to senior stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadline management.
* Knowledge of data privacy and compliance for multi-channel solutions.
