Divisional Projects Leadership Role
The successful candidate will lead divisional projects focused on customer service and content development to address new and emerging member needs in a rapidly evolving service environment.
This role will provide high-quality and consistent employment services to members; building effective working relationships with team members and customers; relevant agencies and industry experts.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives
* Collaborate closely with senior employer relations teams to conduct research, track market trends in employment service delivery and innovations.
* Work with the implementation team for information, systems and process improvement to enhance service delivery to customers.
* Develop a customer service journey for Ibec customers ensuring optimum access and service delivery is achieved through process improvement.
Process Improvement and Innovation
* Share specialist knowledge and emerging trends in employment as they impact sectors and business policy across Ibec teams.
* Produce actionable reports for collective decision making on future work programmes using data analytics tools.
Customer/Member Experience and Support
* Provide expert employment law and human resource support to members who contact or are referred to the Knowledge Centre, adding value to their business operations.
* Work with employer relations teams to track and update information content for accuracy and relevance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Human Resource/Industrial Relations/Employment Law related qualification preferred.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law, Human Resources and Industrial Relations principles.
* Understanding of third-party employment institutions in Ireland and industry best practices.
