The Stock & Procurement Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Procurement and Stock Control departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day management of stock and procurement processes. This pivotal role supports data accuracy, stock reconciliation, and the smooth coordination of purchasing and reporting activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the wider procurement and stock teams, contributing to the effective running of operations across the business.Stock & Procurement Administrator: Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out accurate stock control, reconciliation, and periodic stock takesProvide operational support during product trials, process reviews, and deep dive investigationsIdentify and escalate potential stock issues, communicating effectively with the relevant teamsSupport the onboarding and removal of stock items within the ERP systemReconcile weekly stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracyAssist with invoice query reconciliation together with Procurement and Finance colleaguesParticipate actively in departmental meetings and collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsSupport material requirement planning, stock forecasting, and NPD (New Product Development) tracking activitiesAssist in the creation and maintenance of new product codes within ERP systemsSupport seasonal stock planning such as BBQ and Winter management programmesContribute to sustainability initiatives and reporting within procurement and stock functionsProvide ad hoc administration for procurement and stock-related projects as requiredDeliver general administrative support tasks and AOB (Any Other Business) requirements as neededEssential Skills & Competencies for Stock & Procurement AdministrationDemonstrates strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (such as NAV, SAP, or equivalent)Excellent numerical skills and a commitment to maintaining data accuracyStrong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentShows the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates proactivity, adaptability, and a sense of urgency in daily tasksPositive attitude combined with a keen desire to learn about procurement, stock management, and supply chain processesQualifications & Experience Required for Stock & Procurement AdministratorPrevious experience in administration, stock control, or procurement support roles is desirableStrong IT skills, particularly in Excel and data entry/ERP systemsExperience within a manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG environment is advantageousWillingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunities for Career Development in Procurement and Stock ControlStructured training and support for career progression within procurement and supply chainExposure to cross-functional projects and business process improvementsOpportunities to develop skills in data analysis, ERP utilisation, and sustainability reportingCompany Values and CulturePromotes a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environmentEncourages continuous improvement, learning, and proactive problem-solvingCommitted to sustainability, operational excellence, and employee wellbeingHow to ApplyIf you are organised, detail-oriented and motivated to develop your career in procurement and stock management, we would welcome your application.
