**Job Opportunity**
The Leisure Club Attendant role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all members, providing assistance and answering queries in person, by phone or email.
Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling initiatives to increase membership and revenue.
Perform general cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Administer membership enquiries, process sales, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Teach a variety of exercise classes, promoting physical activity and wellness among members.

Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualified personal trainer or fitness instructor with a recognized certification.
Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Possession of pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid qualifications.
National Coaching Education Framework (NCEF) qualification or equivalent.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a desire to progress in your career.
