Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process by liaising with agencies, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing feedback, and maintaining applicant records.
Assist with the annual Equal Opportunity Monitoring Return.
Support the onboarding process for new joiners, including induction and referencing through Veroscreening/Accurate.
Assist in providing monthly payroll information.
Support the administration of staff benefits.
Maintain and update records for Practising Certificates across jurisdictions.
Collate information forinsurance renewals.
Update and maintain employee data on the HR database regarding employment and status changes.
Provide secretarial, reception, and post support as required.
Ideally you will have: Human Resources related degree or CIPD qualification, or equivalent.
6 months minimum experience in a Human Resources role Skills: H.
