As a key member of our HR team, you will act as an operational partner to managers, driving value and contributing to the delivery of projects aligned to HR strategic objectives.
You will work closely with operational managers in workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and employee well-being.
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing effective working relationships and implementing various HR initiatives and action plans to positively influence the employee experience.
