Key Responsibilities:
* Promote a positive health and safety culture across all projects
* Manage administrative functions related to health, safety and environmental management
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and prepare site documentation
* Maintain accurate records of employee and subcontractor training
* Deliver inductions and training sessions for new staff and visitors
* Ensure compliance with relevant Irish legislation and regulations
Requirements:
* Proven knowledge of construction-related health, safety and environmental requirements
* Relevant third-level qualification in health and safety
* Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Ability to investigate and report on health and safety incidents
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent written and verbal English skills. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
