* Perform data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel – strong Excel skills required.

* Manage daily cash balancing and cash management duties.
* Maintain high levels of attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
* Handle phone calls and correspondence professionally with excellent communication skills.
* Ensure flexibility to support various office functions as needed.
* Assist in the continuous improvement of office processes.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills as part of the role.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent phone etiquette and customer service approach.
* Ability to work well within a team environment.
* Previous experience in cash balancing and cash handling is advantageous.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Positive attitude, flexible mindset, and eagerness to learn.
