Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. The pay rate for this position is competitive.

Main responsibilities include:

* First point of contact for customers over the phone, responding to their inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Data entry and maintenance of databases to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
* Tracking and logging of quotations to facilitate efficient communication with clients.
* Managing filing systems to maintain organized and easily accessible records.
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a prompt and professional manner.
* Logging and maintaining driver permits/safe passes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
