Our client in Cork, is looking to bring on an experienced Third Party Risk Assessor to join their team on a contract basis.

The Risk Assessor supports a Third-Party Risk Management program by evaluating and mitigating risks across domains such as cyber, anti-corruption, privacy, and information systems quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform due diligence, screenings, and ongoing monitoring for assigned risk domains.
* Lead and coordinate third-party assessments: scope work, test controls, review evidence, document findings, and recommend remediation.
* Maintain and refine risk domain methodologies, questionnaires, scoring thresholds, and residual risk standards.
* Provide subject-matter expertise on controls, contract terms, off-boarding requirements, and governance practices.
* Communicate findings to stakeholders and manage tracking through centralized TPRM tools.
* Support internal education, contribute to TPRM committees, and assist with program improvements and projects.
* Stay current with emerging risks and integrate them into assessment processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (CIPP, CIPT, CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, CISM).
* 3+ years in third-party risk, audit, operational risk, or related fields.
* Experience assessing risks in privacy, anti-corruption, information systems, or similar areas.
* Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and comfort working in a regulated, matrixed environment.
