The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to manage, motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements. You will have deep change management experience and prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution.Job requirements
The Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport our client with Third Party Risk Management expertise - assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks associated with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers. The role ensures that external relationships comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices to protect the organisation from operational, financial, reputational, and compliance risks.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of outsourced functions across multiple regionsComplete documentation in line with TPRM Governance and Regulatory guidance, including outsourcing templates, criticality assessments, exit plans, business continuity plans and CBI/ FCA templates Acting Escalation point for outsourced functionsManagement of SLAs – agreeing and documenting KPIs & KRIsMonitoring & Reporting against agreed KPIs /KRIs and escalating where appropriate through internal governance channelsRelationship management of in scope third party vendorsParticipation in oversight committeesKey Competencies:Proven expertise in TPRM within Capital Markets, Treasury and/or Corporate BankingUnderstanding of Financial products including Equity Derivatives, FX Options and othersProficient in metrics based reportingExcellent presentation skillsProcess improvement mindsetStrong verbal and written communicationHow We Work:Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
