Part-Time Receptionist /Administrator needed for a Physiotherapy practice in Thurles town.
Role Involves: Answering incoming calls and booking in patients for their appointments. Returning calls & emails. Manually updating Patient electronic files. Taking payments and issuing receipts to Patients. Answering customer queries by phone and in person. Assisting in the daily up-keep of the clinic. Writing referral correspondence to other medical Practitioners. Balancing daily accounts.
Must have:
good personal skills and a friendly manner to Patients
Microsoft Proficient
Administration experience
Reliable and a self motivated employee
