Operations Management Lead
This role involves leading a team of Regional Supply Managers and Business Analysts, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance. Ensuring effective management systems are in place for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews is also crucial.
A key responsibility will be engaging with 3PL leadership at all levels to align targets, communicate expectations, and monitor progress. The Operations Manager will be accountable for DC performance, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the team and supplier base.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an Operations environment within a fast-paced industry, strong people management skills, and excellent organizational abilities. They should also possess extensive program and project management expertise with a focus on process automation and continuous improvement.
Prior experience in tech or consumer electronics logistics, deployment of sustainable supply chain solutions, and certifications such as APICS, PMP, or ISO standards are desirable qualifications.
