Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a professional to play a critical support role within our IVD Division.
* Sales Support & Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital campaigns.
* Candidate will be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Building strong relationships with existing accounts is essential in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintenance:
This position requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in sales or related field along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
