We are a well-established family engineering business with 25 years of experience in Dungannon.
Due to our expansion, we are seeking a sales support administrator to join our team.
Your New Role
As Sales Administrator, your duties will include:
* Managing incoming enquiries from customers and the Business Development Team.
* Providing inward and outward customer service-related calls as the central point of contact for sales enquiries.
* Sales order processing using our ERP system via email or phone, including liaising with the business development team, customers, purchasing, and accounts.
* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records while ensuring data accuracy for order processing and invoicing.
* Coordinating customer deliveries with warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Achieving quick response times to quotes to maximise quote conversions.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary negotiable up to £35k depending on experience, 30 days holiday, and a healthcare scheme.
The working hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm.
