About Your New Job as a CRM Campaign and Lifecycle Manager:
* Develop and manage journey maps and campaign calendars
: You will own the strategy and delivery of CRM communications across lifecycle and retention journeys.
* Create and execute comms journeys and campaigns
: This includes copywriting, design, and targeting setup.
* Design and implement test plans
: You will be responsible for A/B and multivariate testing, as well as summarizing learnings.
* Drive measurable improvements
: Focus on retention and engagement metrics.
What Skills You Need
* Experience
: 3+ years in a similar role.
* Education
: University Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, PR, Business Studies/Management, OR related fields.
* Technical Skills
: CRM channel planning (email, SMS, in-app, push), test design and execution, journey orchestration, personalization logic, dynamic content setup, audience segmentation, and QA of targeting logic.
* Collaboration
: Ability to work with data and creative teams to translate insights into messaging.
* Technical Understanding
: Knowledge of CRM data flows and integration points.
