Job Description This role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee the efficient management of residential developments, ensuring high standards of service delivery. * Oversee the implementation of planned preventative maintenance schedules with the assistance of a dedicated Block PPM Coordinator. * Manage reactive maintenance requests and coordinate necessary works. * Oversee budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and financial management. * Engage with and manage contractors, ensuring delivery of cost-effective, high-quality services. Maintain a solid working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical installations (pump systems, heating systems, water tanks, access control,CCTV,solar panels etc.). -----------------------------------
