EU Competition Lawyer - Dublin An exciting opportunity has arisen for a EU Competition Associate to join the market leading Tier One practice of a leading law firm in Dublin. The Role The team advise on all aspects of Irish and EU competition/antitrust law, including: Abuse of Dominance Merger control Competition aspects of commercial agreements and behaviour Procurement Competition litigation, including litigation arising from investigations, disputes with regulators and damages actions Complaints to regulators Investigations and dawn raids Immunity/Leniency applications State Aid The Person Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in Competition law Strong interpersonal and communications skills Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills A high level of accuracy and attention to detail A strong interest in maintaining, developing and sharing relevant legal knowledge Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills High level of commercial and business awareness Adaptability to navigate dynamic legal landscapes Interested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on or send your CV in strict confidence to.
