About the Role:

Contract Type: full-time, 2-year fixed term

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9-5:30

Location: Blessing Street with potential for hybrid work after probation period

Salary: 31,500

The purpose of the Project Administrator is to provide administrative support in the implementation of a trauma-informed practice framework across the Dublin and Dundalk Simon Community services. The role will be crucial in the integration of trauma-informed principles into organizational culture, service delivery, staff training, and client engagement – all in alignment with best practice and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the overall administration of the pilot program

· Prepare, manage, and steer groups and working group meetings

· Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders, including staff, clients, volunteers, and visitors, as directed by the project manager

· Record and analyze the progress of the pilot and assist the manager in the development of reporting structures

· Oversee completion of maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding maintenance requests, providing timely progress updates to staff

· Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop, rollout, and implement reporting structures

· Act as GDPR rep for projects

· Format, update, and review all PPG's with a TIP lens working with identified staff from working groups and the Compliance office.

· Assist manager with day-to-day admin work such as preparing for meetings, making phone calls, organize venues/equipment, set agenda, follow up on emails, and disseminate minutes of meetings as needed, etc.

Required Qualifications:

· 1 year of administrative experience

Desirable Qualifications:

· 2 years of administrative experience

· Knowledge of the Dublin Simon Community

· Experience in recruitment/HR
