Full job descriptionPractice Manager – Sutton Cross Family PracticeWe are seeking expressions of interest in the role of Practice manager at Sutton Cross Family Practice. The successful candidate will oversee the efficient running of a family friendly and busy GP practice. Responsible for the day-to-day business activities of the practice., including managing teams, ensuring patients have a positive experience when connecting with us. Managing the operational and financial interests of the GP owners.Location: Sutton Cross, Dublin 13As Practice Manager you will oversee the administrative and business functions of a medical practice. Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Overseeing daily operations of the practice, ensuring a positive culture of patient care and a focus on continuous improvement in patient experience.· Recruiting, training and development of administrative staff in line with practice policies· Organising duty rotas for medical and administrative staff· Setting goals and ensuring the practice achieves its financial objectives· Maintaining records for practice finances, including budgets, billing and payroll· Managing patient records and IT systems and addressing customer complaints or concerns· Enforcing industry and health and safety regulations· Responsible for general office management – ensuring supplies, medical and administrative are maintained· Implement practice policies and procedures, introducing systems and practice relevant to a modern medical practicePosition Requirements:· Previous management experience, in a medical practice is preferable, but, other relevant management experience will be considered.· Have strong people management skills and have led and managed a team.· Have strong business development acumen and have worked in commercial roles managing people and budgets.
