What You’ll Do
* Supervise daily front office operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest services.
* Lead, train, and support the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
* Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and positivity.
* Monitor room availability, reservations, and billing accuracy.
* Step in to assist with front desk duties when needed.
* Keep the team informed, motivated, and aligned with daily goals.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
* Ensure all team members follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
* Monitor safe use of equipment and report any issues promptly.
* Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Customer Care Focus
* Lead by example in delivering friendly, helpful service that reflects the Moxy brand.
* Handle guest interactions with warmth, efficiency, and a can‑do attitude.
* Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
SOP Compliance & Review
* Ensure all front office tasks follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Support training and refreshers to keep the team up to date.
* Identify and implement improvements in efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Brand Standards & Flexibility
* Uphold Marriott and Moxy brand standards in service, presentation, and guest interaction.
* Be flexible and hands‑on, supporting other departments when needed.
* Embrace the dynamic nature of a pre‑opening environment with energy and enthusiasm.
Communication
* Maintain clear, respectful communication with the team and other departments.
* Provide feedback, updates, and performance insights to management.
* Participate in team briefings and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

* Previous experience in a front office supervisory role or similar hospitality leadership position.
