We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to support our Marketing and communications across all venues within the Flynn Cush Hospitality Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across vibrant restaurants, a live music venue, and a growing hospitality brand on the Cork coast.
What you'll be doing:
* Support the development of creative marketing campaigns to increase engagement and visibility.
* Manage and schedule content across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc).
* Create engaging photo and video content on-site, capturing the atmosphere and daily highlights of each venue.
* Collaborate closely with the operational teams to ensure consistent and authentic storytelling.
* Assist with online advertising and promotions to drive traffic and bookings.
* Monitor analytics and help prepare reports on performance and engagement.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in social media coordination, marketing, or hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Strong creative skills in photography, videography, and copywriting.
* Confidence with tools such as Canva, Meta Business, ChatGPT, CapCut, and social media scheduling platforms.
* A proactive, organised, and hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
* Availability to visit venues regularly for content creation.
* A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
