We are seeking a
Social Care Worker
based in
Blackrock or surrounds
to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred supports that promote independence, inclusion, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals to live independent, meaningful lives
Deliver person-centred, rights-based care
Develop and review care plans
Work with families and multidisciplinary teams
Advocate for service users
Requirements
QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care or equivalent
CORU registration (or eligibility)
Experience in disability services (preferred)
Knowledge of HIQA Standards and relevant legislation
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full driving licence (or willingness to obtain)
Eligible to work in Ireland
