Litigation Solicitor (2+ Years PQE) Location: Dublin 2 Practice Area: Litigation & Commercial Advisory About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily manage summary debt collection proceedings for several large clients, focusing on the High Court, and also handling matters in the Circuit and District Courts. In addition to litigation, you will provide commercial advisory services to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Manage debt recovery litigation across High Court, Circuit Court, and District Court. Draft and file proceedings, liaise with Counsel, and attend hearings as required. Negotiate settlements and provide strategic advice on enforcement options. Act as the main point of contact for large clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Advise on commercial contracts and related legal issues. What We're Looking For Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE. Strong litigation experience, particularly in debt recovery. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills. Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical business-focused advice.
