We're seeking an experienced
eCommerce Manager
to drive revenue growth and elevate customer experience within a defined market. Reporting to a senior manager, this role is accountable for commercial performance and the execution of localised digital trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and exceed market-level KPIs (revenue, conversion, AOV, margin).
* Localise and implement trading strategies aligned with central objectives.
* Define and optimise promotional and discounting strategies within budget.
* Use data and competitor insights to adjust pricing, product focus, and campaigns.
* Lead campaign planning and execution across Content, CRM, Product, and Acquisition.
* Optimise online catalogue structure, navigation, and ranking.
* Drive UX and customer journey improvements to boost engagement and conversion.
* Represent the market in performance reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Act as project lead on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in eCommerce, trading, or digital merchandising.
* Proven success in driving revenue growth through trading and promotional levers.
* Strong commercial acumen with data-informed decision-making skills.
* Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities.
* Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Power BI), Excel, and CMS platforms.
* Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital best practices.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
