Building Services Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Director to lead our facilities management operations. As the head of building services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and ensuring that our buildings remain safe, efficient, and functional.
* Manage daily building services operations, including routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections;
* Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to optimize building performance;
