Job Details:Our client is seeking an O365 Administrator – Level 2 to support enterprise environments by managing IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity services. The role sits within a wider ICT Support and Infrastructure team and focuses on hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 services in a large, structured environment. This is a long-term contract role, working on-site in a central city location within a complex ICT estate.The O365 Administrator (L2) will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management services, with a strong emphasis on Intune, security, automation, and stakeholder engagement.Required:2+ years' experience administering Microsoft 365 environmentsStrong hands-on experience with Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and MDMProven experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance featuresExperience with data migration and integration projectsWindows 11 rollout experienceWorking knowledge of Active Directory and networking fundamentalsRelevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, Microsoft 365 Certified)Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and TeamsOwn and manage the Intune environment and associated servies (Entra ID, Microsoft 365)Design, plan, and implement Intune features and enhancementsManage endpoints across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, etc.)Develop and maintain MDM/MAM policies, configuration profiles, and application deploymentsManage endpoint security configurations (BitLocker, LAPS, Autopatch, Antivirus, Security Baselines, Compliance policies) in collaboration with a security teamCreate and maintain PowerShell automation and remediation scriptsSupport and maintain Windows Autopilot deploymentsProduce reports on patching, compliance, and security postureMonitor Microsoft 365 performance and service healthManage users, groups, permissions, and licencesTroubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues and engage vendor support where requiredWork with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communicationPlan and coordinate endpoint and M365 deployments and rolloutsProvide guidance and training to end users and support teamsMaintain technical documentation, standards, and proceduresSupport ongoing rollout and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
