Quality Assurance, Test Analyst
6 month contract
Dublin city centre/Remote
Responsibilities:
* Produce structured test plans based on functional requirements
* Develop comprehensive test cases for System, UAT and Regression testing (both automated and manual)
* Creating, executing and recording the results of test cases
* Tracking of progress of test phase and reporting to Team Lead with regular updates.
* Raise & track defects, highlight potential risks
* Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
* Develop process improvement initiatives
Experience:
* Minimum 3-5 years QA and software testing experience
* Experience in testing Sales Support Systems, Mobile App Systems and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Experience in interrogating SQL server databases through the use of SQL queries is essential
* Exposure to test in a financial services environment preferably Life and Pensions
* Experience in testing on data driven projects
* Experience with bug and issue management tools applicable to this role including JIRA
* Experience with test case management tools including Test Rail
Education:
* ISTQB or similar related qualification desirable
* IT related qualification would be advantageous
