Youll oversee the training and supervision of restaurant staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service standards. You will assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and high-quality service standards, regularly holding team briefings and training sessions. Additionally, youll manage the service of food and beverages, provide effective communication with all teams, and support special events and catering when needed. You will assist in managing budgets and implementing cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies. Customer feedback will be solicited and addressed professionally to continually improve our offerings. What Were Looking For: Previoussupervisory experience in food & beverage.
