We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning Administrator to maintain our training delivery operations and client services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team committed to excellence in training.This role operates on a hybrid basis, combining in office work with remote days when no in office events are scheduled.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Administration:Providing excellent customer service & a warm welcome to our delegatesManage front desk and break out area for in person training events in our Dublin office.Create and manage class enrolments and associated confirmations.Manage daily training schedules for instructors and resources.Liaise with the team to organise training deliveries, materials, and additional resources.Review daily post class evaluations and provide feedback to the team.Act as the initial contact for client inquiries regarding existing training.Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.Experience:Proven experience in operations or administration roles, preferably in the training, education, or professional development industry.A background in coordinating training schedules and logistics.Skills:Fluent conversational and written business English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and desktop tools.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Professional communication & interpersonal abilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programLanguage:Fluent English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
