As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of projects and the development of comprehensive CSA design packages. These packages will encompass various phases, including concept, basis of design, tender, and IFC phases.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare project briefs and user requirement specifications to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee the preparation of all CSA design packages, which will include calculations, REVIT models, AutoCAD drawings, data sheets, specifications, scopes of work, and tender enquiries.
* Participate in civil/structural design to ensure that the developed designs meet all relevant codes and standards.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that their submissions meet all necessary requirements.
* Liaise with local authorities as required to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* A minimum degree in a relevant civil/structural or architectural discipline is required.
* At least three years of experience in construction on projects, preferably in life sciences or similar industries.
* Excellent communication and general management skills are essential for this role.
* Demonstrated understanding of industry QA standards, procedures, and processes.
