Scope & General Purpose of the Job
To co‑ordinate, manage and support the daily marketing functions and initiatives within the company, ensuring brand integrity and consistency. Engage in PR activity, promoting the Fitzpatrick Castle brand through online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, with a proven track record in marketing and the ability to execute an effective focused marketing plan for the agreed market audience.
Accountabilities
* Help plan and implement an annual marketing strategy & plan with the Director of Sales & Marketing, regularly updating the management team on progress.
* Serve as the brand ambassador for the company.
* Maximise profit by controlling marketing expenses.
* Deliver all marketing material both online and offline.
* Liaise with the Director of Sales & Marketing to successfully implement marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate with the web company on digital marketing plans and attend meetings as required.
* Execute email marketing campaigns, manage marketing databases, and focus on measurement and effectiveness.
* Support seasonal group campaigns.
* Maintain an updated monthly social media calendar, schedule, promote, and report on engagement.
* Assist in organising photo shoots, creating photography and video content for offline and online channels.
* Engage with key influencers and PR contacts to promote the hotel.
* Engage in corporate & social responsibility activities, especially within the local community.
* Ensure brand compliance across all signage and internal marketing messaging.
* Coordinate all promotional activities.
* Manage the CRM tool and develop it for ongoing sales and business expansion.
* Research new market opportunities.
* Manage and update the company website & social media channels.
* Handle other projects and duties deemed suitable for the position.

Knowledge and Experience
* Confident, ambitious and proactive.
* A marketing qualification.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
* Experience in managing and updating website content.
* Experience using digital marketing tools and software systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends, Social Insights).
* At least 2 years of administrative experience in a marketing support role.
* Proven ability to build effective relationships (with internal and external customers).
* Proven record in developing engaging social media content and creative marketing campaigns.
