Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in document control, information management, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to managing bid-related tasks, strong coordination skills, and the ability to take initiative in supporting the business unit. As a key member of our bid team, you will play an integral role in driving our growth.

Responsibilities
* Initiate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, organise, and format relevant content and data.
* Maintain and update our information library.
* Support the business unit team and review processes by providing structured and organised documentation.
* Assist in administrative tasks related to the business unit.
Experience
* 5+ years of project and/or administrative experience.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
* The ability to work within a team as well as independently.
* Excellent time management and project management skills.
* Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* General due diligence, ownership, and accountability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaborative tools like SharePoint or Teams.
* Working knowledge of Adobe suite is a plus.
* Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Relevant degree or qualification, or equivalent work experience (desirable).
