Job Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer in our Application Service Delivery team, you will manage the production environment, providing oversight for technology batch environment. You will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform, including complex nightly data import processes from multiple external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide production management for systems used by Front Office, Operations, and Client teams.
* Ownership and accountability for the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform.
* Available to be on-call for failure escalations, including evenings and weekends on a rotation basis.
* Participation in the incident and problem management processes, being accountable for resolution, root cause analysis, and business reporting as well as communication.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience working in a technology role, preferably in software development and/or application support.
* A hunger for continuous learning, constantly looking for opportunities to improve upon the status quo.
* Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic team player.
