This is a full-time, office-based role within a supportive, family-run business with over 40 years' experience. The role is hands-on, covering a mix of finance and general office responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess sales and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMatch invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes where applicableRecord and allocate payments and receiptsAssist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport payroll processing, including time and attendance informationPrepare monthly time-keeping, cost, and job cost reports using the current Vantage systemAssist with month-end reporting and basic financial analysisMonitor and manage petty cashPrepare reports and summaries for management as requiredPrepare and issue quotationsLiaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding invoices and queriesMaintain accurate financial records, filing systems, and staff training recordsOrganise weekly accommodation bookings for site crewsProvide day-to-day administrative support to the finance team and wider officeWork EnvironmentOffice-based role in Carndonagh, Co.
