Who You Are
* At least 1 year of post-graduation experience from any background.
* Goal-driven and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and motivation
* Clear, confident communicator, comfortable building relationships over the phone
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa

* Availability for a fully office-based role in Dublin (Monday–Friday).
What you will do:
* Recruit professionals through multiple channels and support them through the registration process
* Engage with current and past clients to understand their needs
* Book and confirm healthcare professionals into shifts with our clients
* Work closely with business development and client executive teams to help expand client relationships
Compensation (Base + Commission):
* Year 1: €45,000, exceed your targets earn €50,000+
* Year 2: €65,000, exceed your targets earn €90,000+
