Overview
We’re working with a global sustainability leader that’s transforming how retailers and consumers approach recycling. Following major growth in Ireland and partnerships with leading retail groups, we’re now seeking a Key Account Manager to drive expansion across the East Coast.
What you’ll do
* Develop and grow relationships with retail groups, forecourts, and large independents
* Negotiate commercial contracts (typical €13k–15k, with group-level up to €120k+)
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, installation, and ongoing account management
* Partner with technical and operations teams to deliver customer demonstrations and onboarding
* Represent the business at events and trade shows
What we’re looking for
* Proven Key Account Management / Business Development experience in FMCG, capital equipment, retail supply, foodservice, or similar
* Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, ROI, deal modelling)
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with senior retail stakeholders
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient, with a full clean driving licence
* Be part of a global market leader driving sustainability in Ireland
