Customer Service Account Specialist Hybrid
The Opportunity:
This role is in support of the Sales Director in providing excellent customer support to a diverse range of retail leaders in Ireland. The role will assist in the external engagement with key accounts in the retail sector. You should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You will have excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills and be customer service orientated.
Ultimately, you should be able to assist in the growth of the business by building successful, long-term client relationships with stakeholders internally and externally with a key focus on delivering high standards of customer service and account management.
Duties will include:
* Work closely with the clients to produce sales reports and adhoc business reports
* Generating functional specifications for new system designs & change requests.
* Plan and manage an engagement from initiation to business as usual.
* Advise customers in terms of Operational changes that are required in alignment with the technology rollout.
* Business Analysis of existing system modules for creating process flow diagrams and Business Documentation of the system.
* Developing and delivering training material for customers.
Skills Required:
* 2+ years' experience in similar position, as support to a key account manager with experience dealing with multiples at HO level
* Experience in consulting for the entire lifecycle of a project.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and get key issues escalated and resolved.
* Experience scoping, translating, with requirements and issues.
* Highly organised, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
* Ability to work independently, or within a team
* Fluent English
* IT literate
* Ability to identify business problems & identify solutions.
* Ability to manage in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiating with customers regarding pricing/lead-time for orders, after training
* Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
* Organise and run business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain regular customer engagement
* Ensuring the system is updated using active price management including margins
* Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability
* Obtaining up to date forecast information for key customers
* Monthly sales forecasting analysis on key accounts
* Demonstrates scalable growth
* Analyses customer demands trends
* Any other duties as required by management
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2years' experience of Inside Sales or account management experience
* Demonstrable growth
* Proficient in oral, written, and mathematical skills
* Experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel
* Good time management
* Exceptional presentation skills – demonstrates a high level of professionalism
