You’ll be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, with significant influence across functions. Beyond ensuring inspection readiness and regulatory compliance, you’ll drive the transformation of quality systems, shape culture, and embed a consumer-first mindset across the organisation.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead large Quality team across two manufacturing sites, including multiple managers.
* Foster a high-performing, engaged quality culture focused on continuous improvement and waste elimination.
* Ensure compliance with global quality standards and regulatory bodies (e.g., HPRA, SGS).
* Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable quality initiatives aligned with business needs.
* Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely and effective CAPAs.
* Build quality into all site operations through cross-functional collaboration.
* Own and drive EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) excellence within QA/QC and lab environments.
* Monitor and act on quality performance metrics, trends, and risks.
* Develop talent, succession plans, and a strong leadership pipeline within the Quality function.
What You Need:
* Hands-on, strategic quality leader who thrives in complex manufacturing environments. You bring deep operational expertise, strong people leadership, and a sharp eye for compliance and performance.
* 10+ years in healthcare, pharma, or consumer health manufacturing.
* Proven leadership of large teams (100+), including direct management of managers.
* Strong experience in GMP, regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
* Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and leading cultural transformation.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Experience balancing quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
* Budget and team development responsibility experience.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (10–20%) between sites.
