EZ Living Interiors are currently seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing HR team within our Head Office in Little Island. This recruitment role would be ideal for someone looking to start their career in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Screening and shortlisting applications and CV's
* Scheduling appointments and interviews.
* Employment Reference checking.
* Conducting phone screens, and first-round interview
* Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
* Continuously partner with the HR team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
* Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.
* Responding to general recruitment queries.
* Ad hoc administration duties
The Person:
* Should be highly motivated & Capable of working on their own initiative.
* Proven IT skills, MS word/excel/outlook essential.
* Excellent organisational and self-management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment & to specific time frames.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
* 2 years experience in a similar field an advantage
