* Continuously identify and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
* Drive improvements across the property portfolio by managing and optimising both hard and soft FM service providers.
* Develop and execute a building strategy focused on innovation and sustainability, minimising environmental impact throughout the asset's lifecycle.
* Take a proactive approach to building management to deliver an exceptional experience for tenants and visitors alike.
Key skills required:
* Previous experience in a 5-star hospitality environment or similar customer-focused setting.
