Job Title: Validation Team Lead
As a senior validation expert, you will oversee the development and implementation of validation systems to ensure quality and safety of pharmaceutical products.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of skilled professionals in validation activities, ensuring they meet GMP standards.
2. Allocate resources to prioritize compliance and business needs, driving efficiency and productivity.
3. Maintain the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and associated SOPs, promoting effective process management.
4. Oversee process validation for new and existing products, including protocols and reporting, to guarantee robust results.
5. Manage cleaning validation to minimize cross-contamination risks and ensure strong control measures.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate validation efforts seamlessly. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in process, cleaning, equipment, and utilities validation, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
