Overview
The role of Branch Lead is to oversee the Personal Lines Team, ensuring they meet monthly targets and manage compliance and quality requirements. This involves supervision of new business and renewal retention delivery, oversight of quality and regulatory standards, completion of required reporting processes in a timely manner.
