Large Irish firm seek an experienced Legal PA to support a Partner and their team working in Aviation Finance. You will need to have experience in providing secretarial support to senior fee-earners in a large commercial law firm and this will include complex travel planning and monthly / quarterly firm has a top-class reputation and their secretarial staff are some of the best in this sector. This role will not suit candidates currently undertaking, or planning to undertake FE1 examinations. The role will involve; Diary management and complex international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries. Document preparation making amendments, redlining, retracting. Complex billing, updating WIP and liaising with finance on payments. Client onboarding, conflict checks and opening matters. Updating and maintaining client database and contact lists. This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a similar role in a mid-size or large firm. Experience required includes: 4+ years as a Legal PA Strong working knowledge of all MS Office packages, use of billing systems and of file management software.
