Job Summary
The role of a Senior Payroll Analyst involves providing support to the payroll team to ensure efficient task completion. This includes liaising with external payroll providers, reviewing journal postings, and ensuring compliance with current EMEA Legislation and SOX Controls.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the payroll team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
* Liaise with external payroll providers
* Review of journal postings
* Compliance with current EMEA Legislation and SOX Controls
* Actively involved in payroll projects across the region including new country set ups
* Work with the team to evaluate and test process and system improvements
Requirements
* 5 Years' experience in a similar role is an advantage
* International Payroll Qualification required
* Strong understanding of company benefits
* Experience with Workday, Core pay, and Core Insight
* Strong Excel skills required
